What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?

MenuWeather+ collects location data and shares it with our weather partners - but does not permanently store this information. It is used only to get the weather data and other data needed to display inside of the app on a temporary basis.

Do third parties see and/or have access to information obtained by MenuWeather+?

The location data is passed to Accuweather and WeatherStack, who are our weather providers.

What are my opt-out options?

You can delete the application.

Data Retention Policy, Managing Your Information

The data is not retained by us on a permanent basis, it is only used temporarily to get weather data.

Changes

This Privacy Policy may be updated at any time for any reason.

Business Changes

If a change of ownership, to a third party, of MenuWeather+ or any of it's assets occurs, you acknowledge that the third party can continue to collect data as outlined in this document.

By using MenuWeather+, you are consenting to our collecting and processing of your information as set forth in this Privacy Policy now and as amended.

It is not warranted that the information provided is to be accurate, up to date, complete, or remain available. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude all representations, warranties and conditions relating to this software and the use of this software (including, without limitation, any warranties implied by law in respect of satisfactory quality, fitness for purpose and/or the use of reasonable care and skill).
