Privacy Policy

7 Minute Workouts collects how long you work out and what time they work out inside the software, this information is stored locally on the device. Information that is stored into HealthKit is managed fully (privacy, retention, etc) by the HealthKit system.
7 Minute Workouts also sends and displays data of the total time worked out for every user in the aggregate; this information is not tied to any user(s) specifically. For analytics; collection includes, but not limited to: device type, device operating system, etc.

The information stored on your device (what time and how long you worked out), is not accessible by any third party. However - anyone can view the total time, in aggregate, everyone has worked out in the About screen when on an active internet connection; this information is not tied to any user specifically and not linked to any personal information. 7 Minute Workouts uses the third party analytics SDK Flurry.

You can delete the application. If you wish to use the application but wish to avoid it sending any data - you can turn on airplane mode on your device.

The fitness data (workout duration and time) residing on your device, collected by 7 Minute Workouts, can be erased by deleting the app.

If a change of ownership, to a third party, of 7 Minute Workouts or any of it's assets occurs, you acknowledge that the third party can continue to collect data as outlined in this document.

By using 7 Minute Workouts, you are consenting to our collecting and processing of your information as set forth in this Privacy Policy now and as amended.

It is not warranted that the information provided is to be accurate, up to date, complete, or remain available. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude all representations, warranties and conditions relating to this software and the use of this software (including, without limitation, any warranties implied by law in respect of satisfactory quality, fitness for purpose and/or the use of reasonable care and skill).
